A Forgotten Rear View Mirror:

In my earlier blog I had missed a hidden mirror, which I fear to look into, and I usually don’t look at. It lies in the forgotten corner of my brain.

But after reading today mornings news, it jumped right in front of me. The horror of 1993 and events after that, seems to be happening again.

Our City Bleeds, Our People Weep, Our Leaders Lost, Our Enemies Laugh ... Our Heart Aches.

yeah its sad but true Mumbai is again bleeding the blood of its hard toiling middle class sect...v r always the 1 who bears the brunt...n to top it ministers are making the rescue effort worse by visiting the sites....(coz then the police needs to protect them instead of us..)...but yeah...mare hua ko kaun mar saktha hain ....nah?

How many more dead bodies will fall until these lame B*****s go to hell...i dont know...its sad n depressing Deepak....very sad....i somehow feel i shud shift base from here to B'lore..that wud b much safer....than this..any thghts?

Arch,

Moving base is not going to make it any different, Bangalore had their share of terror moments and even NYC was not spared. There is no greater joy than staying amongst loved ones (friends and family). It’s the only escape I find from the stressful world we live in, which I am missing.

Did you see the comic strip I added to “Cage the Tiger” blog? Satish Acharya has captured our haplessness wonderfully. Administration is busy guarding the interests of politician, while our freedom is burning in background and this picture is applicable universally.
